The art: Giclées* and prints are available in a number of sizes and formats for all of the images, and many of the originals are available as well. The giclées are printed on high quality, heavyweight rag paper or on archive quality canvas. Prints of the pen & ink drawings are printed on a heavy-weight, off-white paper. Editions are limited to 500, each one signed and numbered. There are a small number of open edition giclées and prints – this means that there is no limit to the number of reproductions from the original image. Open editions will be clearly identified.
Giclées and prints can be supplied mounted with an ivory art board, or mounted and framed in solid ash. They are also available in two sizes as a box canvas. Click on any image to view available sizes and formats and to place an order.
*Giclée printing is a digital method of producing reproductions from an original piece of art which is lightfast for more than 75 years and is approved by The Fine Art Society.

Ordering online: This is very simple. Just click on the image you wish to purchase. This will take you to a new screen where you can see a larger image and decide what you would like to order. You can view your Shopping Basket at any stage. You can pay using a credit card or your PayPal account. If you do not already have a PayPal account, it is very simple to set one up, and totally safe. Just click the 'Secure Checkout' button on your Shopping Basket and this will take you through to the Square Art Checkout. (Square Art is our associated payment site.) Follow the instructions - it only takes a few minutes. Go to PayPal to find out more information.
Ordering by telephone: Just telephone on +44 (0) 75 00 11 78 32 and we will take your order over the phone. We are open Monday-Friday 10.00am - 5.00pm and you can leave a message at other times.

Postage & packing is free for the UK mainland. Please enquire for postage & packing for other areas.
Value-added tax: Hebrides Art is not currently registered for VAT.
Delivery times: Giclées and prints are printed to order. We aim to despatch orders within 5 working days of receipt, and delivery will be 1-3 working days later to U.K. mainland addresses. However, it is preferable to allow up to 10 working days as there will be times, when the volume of orders will prevent us from achieving that goal (the lead-up to Christmas, for example).
Occasionally, we may have to send part of the order whilst we are awaiting the remaining items to come back into stock. In these instances we do not make any further shipping charge when dispatching the remainder of the order.
If your order is required by a certain date, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet this deadline or, if not possible under normal delivery services, we will inform you of additional costs for a special delivery service, for example next day delivery guaranteed service.
Prices: The prices on our web site are in British pounds Sterling. These are retail prices. We welcome enquiries from trade customers.

Privacy: All information taken by Hebrides Art (and its associated site, Square Art) is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party. We will only use any information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information collected about you includes, name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. We will retain all information about you on a database. The information collected will be used to process your order accurately. It will only be used to inform you of any offers or new ranges from Hebrides Art, if you have opted in to our mailing list. It will not be used to inform you of any offers from any third parties. You can update any information we hold on you at anytime by contacting us with any amendments.
Guarantee: We offer a "no quibble" 12-month guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship on giclées and original art. In addition you may return any item to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the item. We will also refund the delivery charge if the return is as a result of our error. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning goods: Before returning any goods, please phone us on +44 (0) 75 00 11 78 32 or email us at lesley@hebridesart.co.uk to explain the reason for return. We will give you an authorisation number which must be marked on the outside of the package. Please do not return any goods without the authorisation number. We will also suggest the best way to return any goods.
Liability: Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us. Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from us. Also we cannot be liable for any losses for your order not arriving on time, although we will do our utmost to ensure that goods do arrive on time and in good condition at all times.
